In the Kitchen with my Cheat Sheets

I love how since we live in a seasonal climate, food follows a similar seasonal pattern. In the Winter I crave stews and chili, roasted dinners and piping hot bread. In the Summer, I want my food with slightly charred edges after cooking on the grill, a cold side salad and buttery corn on the cob with a sweaty beverage. If variety is the spice of life, I’m learning the ropes of creating my own seasonings, and that is the perfect metaphor for what I’ve been working on for the last several months.

If you’ve been following me for any amount of time, you know I’m a HUGE fan of the FASTer Way to Fat Loss nutrition program. It’s something I grew passionate enough about, I began offering complimentary “Cheat Sheets” full of recipes, tips for success, shopping lists, snack ideas, etc. The process of creating these cheat sheets has truly opened something up in my life I didn’t even realize was in me, and the opportunity to help and equip other individuals on a healthier journey has been gratifying in ways I cannot even describe! I don’t know what the future holds exactly, but I can say with certainty that there will be MORE where these are coming from (ahem, did someone say cookbook?). I certainly don’t want to get the cart before the horse but creating/modifying, photographing, sharing, and enjoying these recipes with others has been such an exciting pursuit for me, and I’m so thrilled to announce today that I am officially making them PUBLIC (previously they were just a helpful tool offered only for the clients who signed up with my link).

So what does this mean?

  • These cheat sheets are full of healthy and macronutrient-conscious recipes. If you are looking to simply improve your health AT ALL or just need some new options for your weekly menu, these are a great tool for anyone. They do mention just a bit of FWTFL language (tracking macros, etc.) but that all is entirely optional and will not hinder your use of the cheat sheets if you don’t track macros or follow the FASTer Way lifestyle.
  • These are digital downloads. Once you complete your purchase, follow the prompts to download your PDF and you will have eternal access to all of the recipes and tips therein. WOO HOO!
