I think the most fun I had with our lake house in the short time we owned it was designing and decorating it! My dad’s architecture firm, Helman Sechrist Architecture, nailed the design and if I had to give the decor style a name, I would wall it Relaxed Organic Modern.
We had lots of textures, lots of natural elements, but also a lot of clean lines and smooth surfaces to bring in that modern element.
