Valentwins

Oops, I did it again. I remember when the boys were both younger (and I had more control over their clothing choices) and I would subconsciously find us all wearing stripes on the same day. Maybe it’s the photographer in me, but I have a tendency to create coordinating outfits even on days when there’s no chance we’ll have a photo taken (would you even believe me if I promise I don’t do it intentionally?). Well, history repeats itself now that I have a daughter, but it’s funny to see how my style has changed since then. I was all camouflage and olive green or navy when it was just me and the boys, but now that Brighton is on the scene, there is some serious pink in the house. Oh, the pink.valentwins-1valentwins-3valentwins-4valentwins-5

I’ve got a slight sneaker problem and these pink suedes were one of my first subconsciously girly purchases made after BB’s birth. Now, just over a year later, my girl has a pair just like mine, and nope; I don’t hate it. Not one bit. So while I don’t make a habit of buying matching dresses on Easter or anything, I couldn’t resist busting out our pink sneaks together on Valentine’s Day. Can you blame me!?
