To Hell with the Hustle

by Courtney Schultz

Taking a big, deep breath lately and noticing margin for the first time in a long time. I’ve been reading an amazing book (To Hell with the Hustle) and there are some absolute GOLD nuggets in it, so I thought I’d share a few that are particularly resonating with me as I turn away from the pace of my own self-inflicted hustle + grind toward a life of actual freedom + purpose.

We can only give out of our margin (financially, emotionally, vocationally). Don’t spend all the time you have, so you can be free to use it to serve.

Don’t buy the lie that a full schedule means productivity or holiness or achievement.

Obscurity, the place of being unknown, isn’t a curse but rather an enormous gift.

And here are a few more incredible quotes from this book which I’m only halfway through but loving, and PLEASE if you are feeling burnout from the ceaseless cycle of busyness, get this book (and then make the time to read it! Linked.)
